Patiently Waiting

Hi, my loyal readers! I am sitting on a bench table contemplating the sunset as the warm breeze caresses my face. It is a beautiful clear evening that speaks about the works of God at Ben T Davis beach in Tampa, Florida. I don’t know about you but when things are hectic with me, I get away to slow my thought process down, spend time with God and quiet my soul.
We live in such a fast-paced world that we don’t realize how important it is to stop, rest, and decompress from everything. It is vital for us to remove ourselves to have clarity on our spirit, emotions, and physical body. God meets us in this quiet time. As we wait for Him to speak to us, let us enjoy His presence in nature, music, and even in the silence.
He is willing to listen attentively to our feelings, requests, and needs eagerly. He is quiet because He is giving you the opportunity to share wholeheartedly all that is in us. I love that! He does not interrupt us when we are talking to Him. Once we pour our all to Him and nothing else is in us, then He will fill us with His love, peace, joy, and strength. He will give us clarity to our situations in life!
“I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord; And He inclined to me and
heard my cry” Psalms 40:1
