Hi, my loyal readers! It is the month of October; you can breathe in the air the winds of change of season coming to an end. Now, we are expecting to have winter knocking at our doors. No matter the season we are expecting one thing that we can anticipate. What is that? Your purpose you were fashioned to do. Are you already actively moving in your purpose? If so, kudos for you! Keep up the momentum times 100! If you have a blank look on your face or feel stuck, this is who I want to address today. Knowing who, what, and where you are is critical. This is the driving force of living a life to the fullest. Realizing you are capable to achieve and impact yourself and others is PRICELESS! Take account what is going well in your life and check it off. Then write down the areas you want to change. Remember, don’t try to go after all of them but the one that needs to be only tweaked do that first. Then continue with the other areas. As you see the changes, give yourself a moment of celebration. You deserve it!

After three months of progress, reevaluate so determine the progress of your accomplishments. Know that your footsteps are order by God. Together, you will be able to go further than you have ever imagine. Opportunities will open for your talents and gifting to be used to have a maximum impact for others to follow.

Hello, my loyal readers! It is the end of September and just only three more months for the year to end! Can you believe it? We are now heading to the last quarter of 2021, my question to you is, “Are you were you want to be?” This is a question to ponder about with much consideration. It requires to do a reflection of your life in the present time. The decisions that you have made thus far to where you are at will show you how much of change you have made. Only you can determine how much of a change will occur in your life.

What actions are necessary to take you to what you want to accomplish and do? The definition for decision is a conclusion or resolution reached after consideration. When you decide, you are making up your mind to cut off something in your life to gain something else. For example, you have been offered a new job, you have the decision to either take it or stay in your current position.

Are you happy in the state that you are in now? If so, continue to see the fruits of your actions. If not, then take this moment to reflect, evaluate, and choose what you are desiring. Go for it! Take a leap of Faith with Wisdom hand in hand to get to your destiny. You have the power to achieve the impossible with the guidance of God!

“Take my instruction rather than (seeking) silver and take knowledge rather than choicest gold. For wisdom is better than rubies and all desirable things cannot compare with her.” Proverbs 8: 10-11

Hi, my loyal readers! On today’s topic, I want to share the importance to know the power of laughter. In times that are despairing and troubling, it is vital to see the lighter side of the situation. Why? It gives you a different picture which in turn gives a ray of hope.

Dr. Madan Kataria said it this way, “If laughter cannot solve your problems, it will definitely DISSOLVE your problems; so that you can think clearly what to do about them.” When we focus on the benefits of laughter, we will change the mental and physical condition of ourselves. Yet, what are the benefits of laughter?

Laughter can improve mood, boost immunity, and reduce stress and pain. It releases endorphins or neurotransmitters that bring a feeling of euphoria. The advantage of all of this- it is FREE!! You don’t have to go to the store to buy it. You just must open your heart and mind to receive it.

Find out what makes you laugh. It is a funny movie, music, people, or jokes. Discover what you enjoy the most and spend time savoring it. Your spirits will be lighter, you will have a smile on your face, and will see your situation different. Try it, you will not regret it!

“All the days of the afflicted are bad, but a glad heart has a continual feast (regardless of the circumstances).” Proverbs 15:15
